CBS Is Up To The Same Old Tricks

Ken Starr has been taken out of context by CBS News. They have apparently mischaracterized statements he made regarding judicial fillibusters. CBS attributed Starr's comments to a displeasure toward the Republicans regarding the constitutional option when in fact, his displeasure was toward those who use judicial philosophy as a means of disqualification. This has the same smell to me as the Forged Documents scandal. The only difference this time is that a font is apparently not involved.
